The enGauge Online Assessment is designed to provide a
system wide view of a school's and/or district's use of technology for

Based on
Digital Transformation: A Framework for ICT
Literacy (2002),
the goal of the Initiative is for ETS and the seven participating
college and university systems to conceive, design, and build
assessments that gauge whether students possess the ability to use
digital technology to solve problems in order to function in an
information society. ETS is targeting delivery of the ICT assessment in
the spring of 2005. As information becomes available it is hosted
on this ETS Web site,
ICT Literacy Assessment.
The Partnership for 21st Century Skills created this
